Senior Consultant

Biography
Serves as a Senior Consultant, working with clients on projects including mergers and acquisitions, new bank and thrift charters, bank valuations, business plan development, formation of holding companies, establishment of branch networks, feasibility analyses and providing regulatory assistance and general consulting services for financial institutions.

Professional Experience
New Bank and Thrift Charters – Served as Senior Consultant on numerous new charter applications, conducting feasibility analyses, preparing regulatory applications and financial projections and working with Organizing groups to develop a strategic business plan.  

Mergers and Acquisitions – Served as Senior Consultant on numerous bank and thrift mergers, changes in control, holding company formations and mergers, purchase and assumptions, and acquisitions of branches and whole banks; working with institutions and regulators to structure transactions, prepare regulatory applications and coordinate closing of transaction. Involved in structuring transactions, performing acquisition analyses and developing pricing strategies.   

Branching and Market Research – Assisted banks and thrifts in preparing market analyses, branch strategy studies and preparing branch applications for viable markets as well as preparing marketing packages for the sale of individual branches for institutions.
