Biography
Mr. DaBoll entered the banking industry in 1972 as a bank officer in charge of the market research area of a $600 million deposit bank in Chicago.  Subsequently, he became a banking consultant and has pursued that profession for more than 30 years.  Mr. DaBoll has managed or coordinated hundreds of banking assignments in the areas of business plans and corporate planning, new charter applications, branch office applications, changes in control, and regulatory structuring/filings for mergers and acquisitions.  

Mr. DaBoll is one of the founders of DD&F Consulting Group.  

Professional Experience
Mergers and Acquisitions - Managed or coordinated over 150 applications for mergers, acquisitions, new charters, holding company formations and acquisitions.  

RTC Acquisitions - Managed or coordinated numerous applications for acquisition of failed bank and thrift offices from the Resolution Trust Corporation, including branch and whole bank acquisitions by existing banks and thrifts, new charter groups and  holding companies.  

Business Plans and Corporate Planning - Prepared financial projections and complete business plans for numerous clients, analyzing past and current trends, operating environment, strengths and weaknesses, capital position and compliance, office planning and staff considerations.    Branching, Branch Office Feasibility and Market Research - Over the past 30 years has performed feasibility studies for branch offices and new charters throughout the central states, ranging from site specific reviews to statewide analyses.
