Biography
Bruce conducts loan reviews and performs due diligence assessments. He provides assistance to community bankers on a number of banking related issues such as problem loans, loan policy, and the allowance for loan and lease loss (ALLL). He possesses a rare combination of both banking and legal knowledge. His background includes eight years of community banking experience, including serving as Loan Review Manager for a $2 billion community bank holding company. He has performed over 150 on-site loan review and due diligence assessments for banks ranging in size from $25 million to $4 billion in assets. 

Professional Experience
Loan Review and Credit Underwriting - Conducted numerous on-site loan reviews for numerous loan types (i.e. commercial and residential real estate, industrial, agriculture, and consumer credits) for credit relationships ranging between $40 to $40 million. Assessed credit underwriting and loan administration processes and evaluated both credit and collateral risk issues.

Loan Review Manager - Monitored lending activities to assure compliance with bank policies and procedures, and monitored the quality of the overall loan portfolio of over $1.5 billion, identifying weaknesses and assuring that adequate controls were in place to properly monitor related processes. Member of the due diligence acquisition team, and often required to undertake special projects for the corporation.
