Managing Principal

Biography
John Hargrave serves as Managing Principal over the regulatory services and information technology groups at DD&F.  He has particular expertise in project management, including merger and acquisition, regulatory intervention, consolidation, and strategic projects.  Prior to joining DD&F in 1999, he acquired 20 years of experience in engineering, financial analysis, project management, and executive management positions.    

John holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas and an M.A. from Dallas Theological Seminary.     

Professional Experience
Information Technology – Developed Information Technology practice group at DD&F.

Bank Branch Sales - Has served as project manager for the marketing, sale, and closing of over 100 branches.  

Regulatory Intervention - Has served as project manager for various intervention services provided to financial institutions with regulatory issues related to information technology.  

Project Management - Provided project management assistance for various merger and acquisition projects.  Chaired and coordinated the work of numerous committees formed to evaluate and implement major corporate projects.   

Financial and Statistical Analysis - Developed various analysis tools and methods for the evaluation of financial and statistical data.

Consolidation - Has served as project manager for various bank consolidation projects.
