Biography
Michael serves as Senior Consultant with the Information Technology group at DD&F, specializing in IT Strategic Planning, System Conversion Management, Information Security Risk Assessments, Business Continuity Planning and Vendor Management Programs.     

Professional Experience
DD&F Consulting Group - Serves as Senior Consultant, Information Technology. Specializing in core banking, project management, systems conversion, vendor contract negotiation, and business continuity planning.  

Fujitsu Bentonville, Arkansas - Served as Global Account Manager for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Primary responsibilities included providing solutions from the retail subsdidiary of Fujitsu to all levels of contact from Wal-Mart Information Systems Division.   

Hewlett-Packard, Bentonville, Arkansas - Served as Principal Consultant and later as Program Manager to Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Created the "trusted advisor" relationship for HP and was responsible for major store technology rollouts in the US and twelve foreign countries.

BancPro Systems, Inc., Austin, Texas - CEO and Owner of core banking system and mortgage servicing system software company. Provided software maintenance, and support for over twenty years.

Information Systems Background
Financial Software Development - Developed core banking products and mortgage servicing software, including on-line collections and data warehousing databases.

Program/Project Management - Responsible for comprehensive store system technology rollouts in global environment with HP for the Wal-Mart account. Program included extensive software development cycle, multiple hardware configurations, multiple operating systems, post support and 2000 store implementations within a four month timeframe.

System Conversions - Converted several hundred sub-systems from manual and other processor environments. Responsible for data conversions, employee training, and balancing systems for accounting accuracy.

Vendor Contract Negotiations - Negotiated many large, comprehensive information system contracts with Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Contracts included hardware components, software modifications, help desk support, hardware and software service level agreements, performance penalties and later renegotiations.

Business Continuity Programs - Responsible for all financial hardware and software systems as a "hot-site" for BancPro Systems, Inc. Including FDIC exam program material and annual testing.
