Josh Dennis serves as Managing Partner of the Strategic and Regulatory division, coordinating projects, evaluating potential deals and compiling research and market data for regulatory filings. He also prepares feasibility and market analyses for M&A transactions and conducts branch strategy studies and branch applications.  Josh has experience crafting bid ranges and analyzing financial information for FDIC-assisted acquisitions.

Outside the office, Josh and his wife, Lauren, keep busy raising their five kids, a flock of hens and as much of a vegetable garden as they can squeeze onto their property.

  • Mergers and Acquisitions of Bank & Thrift Charters
    Served for 13 years as Consultant and Senior Consultant on mergers, acquisitions and change in controls for holding company and whole bank transactions. Services provided include preparing marketing packages and market comparables, evaluating deal scenarios and financial analysis to determine the transaction effect.

  • FDIC-Assisted Transactions
    Josh has worked on numerous FDIC acquisitions for clients around the country, preparing bid ranges, conducting financial analysis of potential transactions and preparing and filing regulatory applications.

  • Branch Sales and Acquisitions
    Developed marketing packages, branch strategy and feasibility studies and branch applications.

  • Regulatory Applications
    Coordinated and prepared a wide variety of regulatory filings including branch establishments and relocations, branch sales and acquisitions, whole bank merger and acquisitions, new charters and an array of other regulatory filings.
